suunnitella aikaa my&#246;s itselle ja omalle hyvinvoinnille. Minulle joogan harjoittamisessa on kysymys erityisesti itsens&#228; kohtaamisesta lempeydell&#228;. </p><p>Ohjatessani yksil&#246;it&#228; ja ryhmi&#228; toivon, ett&#228; voin tarjota lempeit&#228;, kannattelevia kohtaamisia my&#246;s teille. Vaikka joogatunneillani keskityt&#228;&#228;nkin pitk&#228;lti asanaharjoitukseen lyhyill&#228; hengitys- ja meditaatioharjoituksilla h&#246;ystettyin&#228;, puhun tunneilla jonkin verran my&#246;s joogafilosofiasta.
